Health career visa refused English test

Dear sir madam.
I have applied for healthcare work visa from Pakistan

I have got the decision today I have not meet the English language requirements.
I have submitted the (peason pte academic)
My score was
Reading 44
Writing 42
Listening 41
Speaking 42

Overall 42 but the requirement is 43 in all modules.

My question is can I apply with new English test.
And also I can use the same old sponsorship COS
OR I need a new sponsorship letter or any amendments.

And exactly what overall score required Pearson Pte academic.
When I can apply.

Please answer my question I would be very grateful to you for this help.
