Can OCD (obsessive compulsive disorder) be a barrier to immigration ?

I have OCD (obsessive compulsive disorder). Can it prevent me from immigrating to the UK (getting visa(global talent, start up or innovator), ILR and naturalization)?

MED6 section states that if some form PQ shows that I have some mental disorders than I may be refused in entry. What is the form PQ ? When do I have to fill it out?

This document is 10 years old. Things have moved on since then.

It would be discrimination as far as I understand.

What visa exactly are you intending to apply for?

there should be no issues provided you meet the requirements for endorsement and a visa.
