UK Spouse Visa - Proof Of Relationship Married Couple

Hi Guys,

To apply for spouse visa what form is it? Is it FLR M? Does anyone have the guidance notes?

Also, Married couple how long does the relationship proof need to be supplied for? I know non married couple is 2 years but i can't see how long it needs to be provided if married?

Are you legally divorced and did you divorce prior to your new marriage? Asking as you have sponsored a spouse for a spouse visa before and said spouse applied for British citizenship in 2021.

FLR(M) is only for applications within the UK. You have not stated if your new spouse is in the UK or abroad.

You got it muddled up. The relationship evidence should as much as possible cover the period of relationship till present day. Evidence from letters, emails, chats and telephone calls etc can be supplied to prove relationship.

Sorry for the confusion this isn't for me or my partner. It is for another relative.

Reason for the question as per our religion we don't speak/talk until after the wedding. So it's only been about 2 months. Should the applicant wait until there is more evidence?
