Hello,
I've citizenship and my wife too have eligibility for family ILR (completed 11 years). However, due to some issues do not have necessary exam certifications. Her visa is due for renewal in another 1 month.
Now the questions are:
1. How to apply family visa for her as happened till now? (eligible for ILR but yet to qualify for it)
2. How much the visa costs (I assume it is 2 yrs 9 months visa)?
3. What is the link to apply for the visa?
I googled already but could not right info yet. Thank you for your help and time. Your help is much appreciated.
Rgds

She applies for FLR M spouse visa provided you meet the financial requirements and she meets the English A1 requirement
If she doesn't meet the English or financial requirement, she applies for FLR FP partner 10 year route
Cost is about £1048 plus 2.5 years IHS fees £1560. It is a 2.5 year visa.

Sorry ..it is me again..for the below query
She applies for FLR M spouse visa provided you meet the financial requirements and she meets the English A1 requirement
IF both the above conditions are met , can I apply FLR-M visa for her?
1) Does she need Life in UK exam as well?
2) How much the visa cost?
3) Duration of the visa?
4) Link for FLR-M spouse visa
Thanks & kind regards

LIUK will be required when applying for ILR
English language test required is not A1 but A2 however better to get B1 now as it can be reused at ILR and BC application time.

Thank you for your help and time ..
for my understanding,
if I want to go for Non-ILR visa it costs £1048 + £1560=£2608 & A1 English certificate...
IF I want to go via ILR route
it is £2404 + B1 English certificate + Life in UK test right?
She is eligible for ILR but need to clear the exam...so is the reason for the ask..
kind regards
