Advice british citizen application

Hello everyone,
I have two questions:
The first question is with regards to my wife's citizenship application; she still has the ILR visa sticker on her passport, so not sure what to answer in the BRP question in the application. I would like to know what to answer because she has not got the BRP but rather the ILR on the visa sticker.

The second question is with regards to the time spent outside the UK, is it 450 days in the last 5 years and 90 days within the year of applying for citizenship?

1. Obviously you answer NO for the brp question if she doesn't have one.

2. Yes, it is less if applying based on 3 years as the spouse of a British citizen.

When did she get ILR?
