MN1 Registration as a British citizen

Hello,
I'm in process of filling in the form MN1 for my son (17) who was born here in the UK and has Settled Status since Oct 2019.
I'm a bit confused about some questions, and would be grateful if someone could help?

I'm applying under section 1(3)

1.2 State any reference numbers used in your immigration applications: Is this for reference number used in his settled status application? There are only 13 spaces but his reference number has 16 numbers, so do I leave this blank?

1.21 Father's details: I'm a single mum and we're not in contact with my son's dad. Do I still need to find out his details?

2.1 give date and place of first arrival: Do I leave this blank or use my son's date of birth if he was born in UK?

Section 3 Do I need to fill this section? Neither myself nor his dad is British. I have settled status.

3.13 I first arrived in UK in March 2005, and I'm from A8 country. do I leave this section blank and only fill in section 3.14 and 3.15?

3.15 do I need to provide all the employers and schools since 2005 or just last 5 years?

6.14 does this include his biometric enrollment when applied for Slovak passport?

7.1 can i leave his father's consent blank? And also what is considered an acceptable reason to leave it blank? He's not in contact with my son nor myself, would that be acceptable?

What form exactly are you looking at? Can you post the link.

Are you using the paper form or the online form? You should be using the online form.

Thank you for your response. I ended up using the online form which was much less detailed.
I filled all the required details.
Now I'm just collecting the documents they need.
