Foreign first name on MN1 with alternative spelling

Foreign first name on MN1 with alternative spelling

We apply for my daughter's BC and in her current passport the first name has alternative spelling using OR (e.g. Aikaterini OR Ekaterini) from the transaction of the first name (local language to Latin mapping). We want to move on with the first spelling.
Birth certificate it has been translated also with "Ai" which is what she is using.
In MN1 can we use the just this name or we need to write both options with "OR"?
