If this is added to note then should be no problem. Do confirm from employer that this is added to the note already before you put in your application. And make reference to CW to check note when you apply.

My employer has now added sponsor note in COS that we are providing maintenance to this individual. This note was added as employer forgot to tick to certify maintenance.
My question is that, when he mentioned we are providing maintenance to this individual. It means my dependent cannot apply with this COS? Or they can?
And now what option i will select in visa application when sponsor didnot tick to certify maintenance ans just added sponsor note? Still i will select yes sponsor ticked to certify for maintenance.
Please help me with info. I am worried

My employer forgot to certify maintenance with Yes. He later added sponsor note that he is providing maintenance for this individual. Specific word THIS INDIVIDUAL has been used. Does this mean that my dependents are not covered?
I have 5 dependents including my husband. Fortunately my husband has enough funds in his bank statement. Can he use it for all my dependents. What other docs are required to use maintenance. I mean affidavit for using my husband's bank statement?
Please help me
(285 + 315 + 200 + 200 + 200 = 1200)

I am desperately looking for the response on the following.
My sponsor forgot to tick maintenance with Yes. He recently added the sponsor note "WE ARE PROVIDING MAINTENANCE FOR THIS INDIVIDUAL."
Can someone please help me with this to understand. Does the above statement regarding maintenance also apply to my dependents or not?
With this sponsor note, should i tick yes in visa application form that my sponsor has certified for maintenance. He didnot tick yes in COS but mentioned in Sponsor Note only.
Someone please help

I have applied for tier 2 skilled worker visa today. In my previous visa application in 2008, i mentioned my father name as "Shafiat Hussain" where as i mentioned "Ch Shafat Hussain" recently. My father is passed away. He never have had any English ID card but in native language Urdu. I am married now and on my Marriage Certificate and Family Registration Certificate his spellings are "Ch Shafat Hussain". I didnot provide my Marriage Certificate and Family Registration Certificate to UKVi because i am the main applicant and my consultant said these docs are for dependent partner visa.
Please advice me. Will my father name spelling put any negative impact on my visa application? My own passport is now with the name of my husband.

I recently applied for tier 2 skilled worker visa. My COS is issued from Derby and i mentioned Derby address in visa application for accomodation. But my TB Test certificate carries the address of Bradford. This is because previously i was about to have work permit from Bradford which was later not issued to me.
Will the different city address on TB Test Certificate put any impact on my tier 2 visa application?

My skilled worker visa is granted. I still didnot travel to UK. Now i want to apply visa for my husband and my 4 kids as my dependents.
Can my husband show his bank statement for himself and for our kids for maintenance requirement as sponsor is not doing it for them? Does my husband need to attach any consent related to bank statement if he uses it for our kids applications?
My husband's last 28 days statement is good but it has some large deposits in very few days. Does it need to justify the source of funds or simply we need to maintain the required level of funds in 28 days?
