Received email confirming successful MN1 application but the certificate did not arrive

Hi,

Just a question to the experts. On April 9th I received an email.confirming successful application to register our child, however, I did not receive the registration certificate since. I checked the form and the address is correct.

I would like to point out that we were overseas in the last couple of weeks but there is no notice either.
Should I check with UKVI? And if so what is the contact to do so?
My wife will go today to check at the local post office but I'm in doubt if they will be able to help with a tracking number.

It can take a couple of weeks. Bear in mind the bank holidays, there will be a delay.

Hi thanks for the reply. I was just asking because with our other child the certificate came before this email. So I thought we may have missed it due to the fact we were overseas for couple of weeks. Though, we didn't receive a notice as well...

Anyhow, I will give it another week before I start to enquire.
