Hi Everyone,
My wife and step-son have their ILR biometrics appointment tomorrow. However, a few weeks ago my wife sent of her passport off with our youngest son's visa exemption application for Vietnam. I've been chasing them and they replied to my email today - it hasn't been processed yet.
So, tomorrow my wife is faced with the prospect of showing up to her appointment without her passport. What I want to know is, has anyone been in this situation before? How likely is it that they will simply turn her away?
Is there anything she can to to help her case when she arrives? It's extremely hard finding free appointments, so we don't want to be in the position of having to search again and waiting a month for one.
Any advice would be appreciated.
