What is your visa status?

When was the child born?

No, she never left UK since she born, so she has no VISA here.

As the child was born in the UK, once your wife gets ILR, the child can be registered as a British citizen using Form MN1.

After the child is issued with a registration certificate, they can apply for a British passport.

Keep in mind that such registration and acquisition of British citizenship may impact on the child's Chinese citizenship and hukuo (if any) according to domestic Chinese law.

Do you realise that the child is not entitled to free NHS services. The child only qualifies for free NHS service in the first 3 months after birth. After that, you would be required to pay if you did not apply for a visa and pay the immigration health surcharge.
