ILR qualifying date from flrm

Post by DKV » Mon Jun 12, 2023 3:18 pm

Hi All,

My wife and daughter's flrm visas were approved on 25/Jan/2019 (date is printed on approval letter). They were in the UK when we applied for flrm in January 2019.

Both will complete 5 years on 25/Jan/2024 and qualify for ILR. Their visas are valid until 05/Mar/24 so I wanted to know when is the earliest I can apply for their ILR?

PS-I hold British citizenship.

Regards,
DKV

Another question please.

I am in full time employment and my wife works part time as well. I am earning more than 50k GBP and have payslips, P60 to prove this.

Do I still need to maintain funds in my bank account for wife and daughters ILR application?

Thanks,
DKV

You only need to show you meet the income requirements. There is no bank maintenance fund requirement and never has been for flr M.

Just like previous applications, there is no need to maintain certain amount in account.
