Applying BC as a family

Post by trevoronitselec » Mon Jul 17, 2023 11:31 pm

I’ll be applying for BC soon for me, my wife and 2 kids. We all got our ILR all at the same time and mafe an application for it in 1 email and as a family. My question is, do BC application works the same? I mean one email for all application? If not should my wife apply hers independently? I read kids application should be done separately, how can their application can be link to mine and my wife’s applications?

You can apply.all together using one email address. However it’s not a family or dependent type application. Each applicant is assessed individually. Children can apply at the same time as the adults, using the online form. Note the system will adjust to MN1 for the children.
This is just my opinion as a member of this forum and does not constitute immigration advice.

Thank you for your response.
My apologies but please let me clarify, One email means all applications can be sent in just one go but will be assessed individually?

Note that nationality applications are separate from immigration and have their own basis in law. Naturalisation and registration are individual applications. But as confirmed applications can be submitted together.
