Tier 1 Entrepreneur dependent extension

Hi Gurus!

I Got ILR and British Citizenship after completing 5 years in Entrepreneur route. My wife and kids got first visa 1 year 5 months(when I was on entrepreneur) visa, then 3 years extension(when I was on ILR). Now she got almost 6 months less to complete 5 years toward ILR. Obviously she will go for extension again. My question is

1)Do we need to apply for 2 years extension or 3 years extension?

2)What will be the maintenance for each application?

It is a 3 year extension as stated in the immigration rules.
