Spouse visa renewal and child

Hello, please need some help and advise for my wife and daughter.

I am a British citizen and my wife and daughter (5yrs) are both Canadian. They applied for a spouse visa from Canada and got the approved. My daughter was born before I got my ILR and Citizenship. They were both issue visa to enter but a bit confusing as their dates are different despite them applying same time.


Wife Entry Visa
valid from - 22-02-2021
valid until - 23-05-2021

Daughters Entry Visa
valid from - 22-01-2021
valid until - 22-04-2021

They both arrived the UK on the 13-03-2021 and the collected their BRP card which have the validity as below

Wife BRP
Issued - 08-02-2021
valid until - 22-11-2023

Daughters BRP
Issued - 22-01-2021
valid until - 22-10-2023

Please when is the earliest they can apply for the the renewal for both of them?

Do I need to also include my daughter who is 5yrs to the renewal or can I just include her when my daughter is applying for ILR ?

is there any other route for my daughter to get ILR/citizenship or does she needs to continue as dependent with my wife's application

You can apply any time from now. Note the visa fees and IHS fees are increasing soon.

You need to extend your daughters visa.

No there is not. She will follow the same path as your spouse, ie. visa extension, then ILR and then British citizenship.

That is the latest date by which you must apply, however, you cannot apply for the child without the parent. You must apply for them at the same time. It is 28 days, not 30 days before.

Nothing is 'different'. UKVI allow you to apply up to 28 days before reaching 30 months residence counted from the date of entry to the UK for a spouse visa holder.

@CR001 I forgot to mention that my wife have been on holiday abroad for a total of 3 weeks in total since she arrived in 13th March 2021. Does this affect anything or can we apply now?

the 3 weeks in total was for vacation (1 week per visit to Canada)

We are just filling the form now and it is asking for days outside the UK
