Hi New member and first time posting any thing on here.
I am going to apply for ILR for my wife on PBS dependent route this October.
I been on tier2 visa but now have british passport.
I have recently find out due to mistake from the payroll department my salary payslips and amount in the bank was different. They have adjusted my payslips and now all of them are the same but the amount coming into my bank was different.
I think I have to attach 6 month payslip with the application and bank statements, I can get a letter from my employer explaining the error will this an issue and what is the best way to resolve it.
Kindly help please

There is NO financial requirement for pbs dependents and no payslips/bankstatrments to prove your income are required!
Unsure why you think you need this.

It is not required! Unsure why believe this is needed ir will be an issue.
Form Set O for pbs dependents has NO financial requitment or evidence requirement.

Thank you for your reply.
Please also reply to this question as well.
We are not claiming any benefit as me and my wife are working fulltime. The only benefit we are receiving is the monthly allowance that everyone gets for my son. Does this come under child benefit?
Do I have to say yes for this answer? and what proofs I need to provide for that.
Do you or anyone else who is part of this application receive any public funds?
(Required)
Include details for your partner or child if you have one. Examples of public funds include Income Support, Child Benefit, Housing Benefit, Council Tax Benefit, Carer’s Allowance and Disability Living Allowance.

And you formally applied for this? It is child benefit, paid every 4 weeks.
Your brp will clearly state you have no recourse to public funds. Child benefit is public funds.
What is your nationality?

Answer no to the question.
Nothing you need to submit. You are allowed to claim as british.

Help with these 2 please.
1. Which visa is Mr XX applying for or been granted?
Choose the route that Mr XX has applied for or been granted, even if their application is still being processed.
I was on tier 2 general work permit. should I answer this. My ILR was in 2019 and now I have a british nationality.
2.Have you previously lived in a country outside the UK including your country of birth?
(Required)
Yes No
Applying for my Wife PBS dependent ILR we are from pakistan but she moved her in August 2018.
Should I answer Yes and mention Pakistan she lived there since she was born.
Thanks

1. Her ILR is based on your previous status as a Tier 2 migrant. So you choose that
2. Enter Pakistan. That question is not important at all

Good Afternoon,
Can you help please.
My wife was on PBS dependent visa and I have completed her Set O application for ILR( I am now a British National) Before was on Tier2). I just have a question about the consent forms which has three parts.
PART 1: Consent for the Home Office to verify application information
Signed by My wife Correct?
PART 2: Consent for the Home Office to verify third party information
Signed by Me and My wife Correct?
PART 3: Consent for the Home Office to verify information from third party
sponsor
I am confused about this do we have to sign this or just leave it? as their is no financial requirement for this application?
Please help!!

DO NOT post your questions on other topics
She signs part 1, you sign part 2 and ignore part 3
