ILR application..

Hi All, I entered UK in Dec 2018 and this November I will be eligible for ILR. My partner and kid are sort fall of 7 months in their current tier 2 general dependent visa.

Need information on below question:

1. How many years visa do I have to extend for partner and kid ?
2. Route of visa ( ILR dependent or same tier 2 general dependent visa) ?
3. can the kid eligible of ILR along with 1 parent other parent will be in dependent visa ?
4. If I will go now for 3 years visa extension and after 7 month if I will apply ILR for them, can I request back the 2 months IHS money ?

1. It is a 3 year extension if the main visa holder applies for and gets ilr.

2. Skilked worker dependent visa.

3. No, children qualify for ilr when your spouse does.

4. Ihs is not refunded if you apply for ilr.
