Citizenship for child born abroad to settled parents

Post by shekAgr85 » Mon Oct 16, 2023 6:11 pm

I & my wife got ILR in August 2022. Our daughter was born in November 2022 abroad. She got ILR and came to UK in June 2023. I am now eligible for UK citizenship and planning to apply for it. Can I apply for my daughter's citizenship along with it or is there a minimum residence requirement?

Yes you can apply for her with you

Minimum residencr only applies to older children, not babies.
