Thanks for all responses.

I kindly ask another question for my ILR application.

In application, I need to input the sponsor licence number as shown on my Certificate of Sponsorship.
But ILR does not need CoS.
Is it okay for me to put the sponsor licence number with my current company?
Current company provided the letter that they will work with me in the foreseeable future.

Sorry for foolish question...

Best Regards,
Yunyeong
Use the information in the CoS you received for your current Skilled Visa sponsor.

Hello All,

Thanks for your kind responses, I could submit my application.

However, I would like to ask another foolish question....

When I prepare documents to submit, I confused the below two document

1. Consent form for the Home Office to request verification checks on my husband for joint
accounts or third party support

2. Declaration signed by my husband to confirm consent for the Home Office to request
verification check

For the document, is it sufficient for me to submit family consent form for the above two document request?

Your kind responses will be highly appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

They are different.

It is for you to sign them and upload, family consent form is not a substitute for 1 and 2.

All 3,
Applicant Sign Part 1

Partner Sign Part 2

If you are not using any financial assistance from anyone else, put Not Applicable on Part 3

Scan and upload all three.

Thanks!

In terms of address, i moved property during 2 years timeline (2021 -2023). In this case, do I need to wirte two separate property address on part 1, 2 and 3?

Yes you can if the chance to do so is there, it wont be of any consequences.

The application is not to trip you up, fill it truthfully.

Hello All,

Thanks for your kind responses, I could finish all relevant document preparations.

But just want to ask one more question.

There are two requests related to my passort.

1. Mandatory document - In document submission, my passport is mandatory document.

2. Previous pasaports - please upload previous passports or travel documents.

I have two passports one is the currently used for the current tier 2 visa and the other is previous passport that I used for the first Tier 2 visa.

In this case, is it okay for me to submit the current passport only to the mandatory document submission request and previous one is uploaded on the other document request?

Thanks for your kind responses in advance!

Best Regards,
Yunyeong

Which ever sequence you follow name them appropriately, endeavour to upload both as requested. The CW will see and go through all uploaded documents.

You suggested me to upload two passports on mandatory document submission request?

It doesn't matter where you upload the second passport.

All documents will be visible to the caseworker regardless of where you upload it to.

information request mail from Home Office but no mail in my mail box

Post by myycall » Fri Apr 05, 2024 9:18 am

Hello Moderator,

I would like to ask your wisdom about my current frustrated situation.

I've submitted my ILR visa (Set (o) through 5 Skilled worker route) with my partner on 23th Nov 2023 and did biometrics on 26th Nov 2023 with priority service.

As there is no visa decision in spite of 4 month later from the biometrics, I asked support to my local MP to chase up since my partner is in pregnancy and we want to visit my home country to give a birth with my family.

Yesterday, my local MP sent a mail that HO currently request information to my wife and/or her sponsor.
When I submitted the application with my wife, I input my address for her communication mail address.
So, I checked my mail box as well as spam folder, but nothing from HO. And she has no sponsors, but she worked the same company with me, so I asked her company HR team if they got any information request mail from HO. But they also did not get any request mail from HO.

How can I resolve this issue? Do I just need to wait until I got any mail from HO or is there any contact point for me to resolve this issue?

Thanks in advance for your kind support!

Best Regards,
YY

There are no guarantees and the ILR sometimes can take up to 6 months. UKVI probably is investigating something and will get back to you when they are done
