Hi all,

Please, can a child born in the UK get UK citizenship once one parent gets ILR?

Cheers

Yes, answered 100s of times on the forum every single week!!

You have to apply to Register the child as British on form MN1. Costs £1214
Char (CR001 not Casa)

Your child automatically has a British citizenship if your indefinitely leave to remain was acquired before they were born, and you can apply for passport by sending your information about your ILR and it will cost you £52 pounds,

This isn't exactly the question asked. You could confuse the OP with this answer, even though it is correct.
No sin in failing, you just have to try and try again!
