NO Certificate issued. i am confused as I received Life in uk test result as in the form of a certificate back in 2015.
has it changed now?

We do not know when the new threshold will be effective from or if they affect current spouse visa holders. We only know what has been reported and announced by the government. No rules have changed yet.I guess new threshold will implement from 6 Aprail
You were already advised when you asked this question in October, that it is the date of arrival that starts her qualifying period for ILR.she got her first BRP valid from aprail 15 2019 , she has arrived in uk on 15 th May 2019 ,
No, she is eligible within 28 days before 19th May 2024, the 5th anniversary of the date she ENTERED the UK.I found one link from a solicitor which gives accurate information about 5 yaer time calculator ,i am attaching the link here. If i follow the link i am elegible in march. So i can escape from new threshhold if i apply before 6 th aprail the link is here
