Currently unemployed, can I apply for ILR by 10 year route

Hi,

I will be in UK for continuous 10 years in May 2024 on different visa categories (TIER 2 ICT, TIER 2 General Dependent).

Currently I have taken brake from my employment because of personal reasons, I am currently on dependent visa and my spouse is employed.
Can I apply for ILR by 10 year route, will my employment status have an impact on decision.

Set LR has no employment requirements.

Also as you hold a dependent visa, there is no requirement for you to work regardless of ilr route.
