Any ideas on start ups in the Heathcare sector?

So hope I'm in the right section of this forum and able to get advise with my queries.

A brief introduction, I'm based in the UK, Birmingham, Midlands and plan on starting an internet/online business. I have a background in healthcare, 20 years of working in Surgery.

Any ideas on what I could do?
I would need help in areas such as website designing etc. Any ideas or suggestions are welcome.

Besides the online ideas, open to ideas in regards to bricks and mortars

I have noticed several vacant outlets or shops, in and around Birmingham for rent.

This board is more for those who are looking or are in the process of obtaining the relevant visas.
Most will move on once they have the visa, and come back perhaps when they want to take the next steps in UK immigration.
There must be dedicated sites dealing with start-up business topics. Sometimes local support may be available through enterprise schemes. I'm just thinking aloud here as I can't help, and moderators and gurus here have enough to deal with looking after immigration topics.

If you do not know what business you want to start, then none of the anonymous users (all strangers) on the forum can tell you what you might like to do.
