Set(M) ILR Application, BRP expired

Hello guys,
Please, my younger sister is due to apply for ILR, but we just noticed today that her fLR (M) Visa expired Yesterday.
Her husband just told me about it.
She’s got her English Test done in May, 2023 and her Life in UK in August, 2023.
I’ve just began the application process, but just a bit worried if this is going to impact on the application, as current Visa has expired.

Please any advice????

Why did she not apply in August when you were advised she qualified to apply?

And even you knew she was qualified to apply in August,! How do we let simple things become complicated.
You can only hope it will be considered in good light if you submitt the application as soon as possible (like yesterday).
What explanation can you give.
