Form Set O, same as what you applied for ILR on.
2- 2 of my children will be over 18 (did they need any specific documents to prepare from now), such as proof that they still my dependents
Read the guidance notes.
3- I will apply for citizenship in July 2023, did this will impact thier application

Thank you

If my partner could not pass the English test before the time of application, can we create Certification of Sole Responsibility for Children under myself to apply for ILR for children and extension for partner?

#or all children under and over 18 years old should only apply for extension?

No, you cant do that to try circumvent the immigrarion rules as you do NOT and will not have sole responsibility if you are married and your spouse is in the uk on a dependent visa!!

There are very specific factors that will be considered in assessing sole responsibility. It is not about having a piece of evidence or making stuff up:

•Whether the parents are married/in a civil partnership
•If the marriage/civil partnership is dissolved – which parent was awarded legal custody
•If the sponsoring parent has migrated to the UK – how long have they been separated from the child and what relationship they have with the child
•If the sponsoring parent has migrated to the UK, the nature of the child’s care arrangements before and after they migrated
•Who bears the child’s maintenance costs and at what proportion
•Who makes the important decisions about the child’s upbringing, for example, where the child lives, which school they attend, etc

Your children can only apply fpr ilr when ypur partner dora.

The rules do not allow them to apply for ilr before the other parent does who ia not applying for ilr based on 5 years.

You seem intent on trying to find a way to circumbent the rules. There is no loophole.
