It's not automatic. See post2087404.html#p2087404

As I mentioned in another question, my daughter was born in UK and never left UK so we never applied VISA for her, so the question of the form below:
Your current UK immigration status: Do you have a current UK visa, entry clearance or grant of leave?
Should I select YES or NO ? We know we have the birth certificate, is that a valid grant of leave?
Apply for ILR for such a child has a very high possibility of refusal as explainedcoalball2 wrote: ↑Wed Dec 06, 2023 9:13 pmHi all,

You can see eligible visas on https://www.gov.uk/faster-decision-visa ... ide-the-uk
Do note that not all types of applications are eligible for Priority processing, do check what category yours falls under.coalball wrote: ↑Tue Jan 30, 2024 9:52 amI am ready to apply VISA for my daughter, she has already live in UK for 7 years and born in UK. I want to select the Priority or Super Priority service, but just only standard service can be selected every day. Can I know if such kind of VISA has Priority option?
I do refresh the page 0:00 every day
thank you
OP's UK Born daughter has no visa status for the past 7 years so highly likely the only application OP can make if private life.AmazonianX wrote: ↑Tue Jan 30, 2024 5:13 pmDo note that not all types of applications are eligible for Priority processing, do check what category yours falls under.coalball wrote: ↑Tue Jan 30, 2024 9:52 amI am ready to apply VISA for my daughter, she has already live in UK for 7 years and born in UK. The service availability is based on HO's capacity to accommodate such besides the basic/normal service.

Yes, we are applying the private life for her, so based on the link which you shared, I should have the "next working day" optionmeself2 wrote: ↑Tue Jan 30, 2024 4:52 pmYou can see eligible visas on https://www.gov.uk/faster-decision-visa ... ide-the-uk
I do not see visa that I assume you're applying for (private life) as available option.
Where do you see this?coalball wrote: ↑Mon Feb 05, 2024 2:07 amYes, we are applying the private life for her, so based on the link which you shared, I should have the "next working day" optionmeself2 wrote: ↑Tue Jan 30, 2024 4:52 pmYou can see eligible visas on https://www.gov.uk/faster-decision-visa ... ide-the-uk

Mother has got the ILR, father is applying family VISA now
Your husband (which is the other parent of the child I assume) is still on limited leave, not settled. Select No.coalball2 wrote: ↑Sun Feb 25, 2024 10:08 amParental Status in the UK
Are all the people who have parental responsibility for you either:
A British citizen
Settled in the UK
Applying for settlement
(Required)
Yes No
