hi I have a friend who was married to a lady from Jordan who he brought over a few years ago, unfortunately she used him for coming to this country had a child with him and left him after 1 year claiming she was forced into the marriage by her parents the police came and took her away.

he wants to know can he bring another women from abroad? as he has met a lady in the phillipines. he got married to his previous wife who left him under Jordanian law. he has never applied for a divorce under uk law

can someone please advise

He will need to provide evidence that he is divorced and that divorce date is dated before the date of a new marriage for a new spouse visa.
