I would like to inquire whether a Skilled Worker visa holder (wife) is permitted to work (part-time or as a second job) for her husband's startup company to provide assistance while the business is still in its early stages. If so, would she be eligible for payment, or should it be voluntary?

Is the role she is doing the same as her SOC she is sponsored under. If not then she is unable to work for your company.
