ILR Application Tier 2 General 5 year route - Query

One of the document proof its asking for is - "Other evidence of Mrs xxx reasons for absences from the UK"

Apart from giving passport pages with stamping on it how can I get letter from my Employer showing my absence? My visit to India was always a mix of annual leave and working from home from India. Do we have any document template which I need to ask my Employer to cover both i.e. annual leave and working from India as well.

Thanks Zimba. I was unable to find any template/example document if you can please guide me for below -

1. Letter from employer covering absence out of UK
2. Letter from employer covering they still hold the skilled worker license ((paragraph SW 24.1.) and I will be employed for the foreseeable future with minimum salary needed

As I understand need only these 2 letters from employer? Please correct my understanding.
Any help on above is much appreciated.

There is no need for two letters at all. The same letter can be used to cover all needed. There is no specific template or example at all. This is not that difficult, just a simple letter covering what I explained in that link is enough

2. Evidence of xxx immigration status in the UK

I am now confused what is number 2 and what document should I provide? Kindly advise.
