Just I have enquiry about the duration of contract between our company and our potential employee.
Our company license for sponsorship expires on 2037
So we made the start date of job on 15-03-2024 and the end date of the job 14-03-2029.
So is there any problem? because we got rejection in our previous application for the same employee due to the salary and they asked us to increase the salary, but in the previous application we made the duration of the contract 3 years.
So now with the new application we increased the salary and duration of the contract from 3 years to 5 years.
So I want be sure that won’t create issues with HO.
