Post Graduate Student Partner visa for Sep-2023 intake

Could you please help me with my queries below:

I am here since last year from Sep-2023 intake as a Post graduate student ending mid of next year

Questions:

Am i still qualify to have my partner visa route as the new rules are in place since Jan 2024 which barred to have it other than few exceptions.?
If yes is there any announced dead line/last date to have this visa application submission ?

Yes. Those new rules do not apply to you.

• a government-sponsored student starting a course that lasts longer than 6 months
  a full-time student on a postgraduate level course (RQF level 7 or above) that lasts 9 months or longer

If your postgraduate level course starts on or after 1 January 2024, it must be either:

• a PhD or other doctorate (RQF level
  a research-based higher degree

It needs to be done in enough time for them to apply, get the visa, and travel to the UK all before the end of your visa.
