ILR application for spouse and children

Hi all,

I have a query regarding ILR application. I’m on a Skilled Worker Visa since 2019. My wife and children are my dependents since that date (my eldest daughter was born outside the UK while my youngest son was born in the UK in 2021).
We will qualify for ILR this year (at least myself and my wife). My questions are:
- Can I apply separately and submit my wife’s application eg next year as she still has time in her leave?
- Will my children (any of them) be eligible for naturalisation without applying for ILR (on the basis of me being granted ILR)? Especially my son, since he was born here?

1. Yes, wife and child born abroad can apply later.

2. UK born child only can be registered as british once you get ilr. Child born anroad follows the same immigration path as your wife.
