Further leave to remain

I have been living in the UK since June 2017. My son born in India moved along with me. When he moved he was 9 months old. This year he will complete 7 years in the UK. Can we apply for further leave to remain in status?

As you hold a skilled worker visa, presumably he holds a skilled worker dependent visa??

What further leave to remain do you think you and/or the child can apply for exactly?

Yes, he holds a dependent visa. If we can switch to further leave to remain, I think he will be the main applicant and parents/siblings will become dependent on him.

No as he is not under private life route: indefinite-leave-to-remain/7-year-child ... l#p2129773
