PBS denpedent partner route to citiziship

Hello Everyone,
1- I gained British citizenship in July 2021 through skilled worker route 5 leave to enter+1 after I got my ILR
2- my wife had her leave to enter as PBS dependent partner in September 2019.
3- my wife will be ilgible to apply for ILR on August 2024
My question is: When my wife gets her ILR, does she have to wait 1 year to apply for citizenship, or can she apply as soon as she gets her ILR because her husband has British citizenship?
I heard conflicting opinions about my wife's situation. Any help in this regard will be much appreciated.

She can apply for citizenship as soon as she gets ilr provided she meets the requirements.

Her route to ilr is irrelevant.
