Tier 2 ICT Long term plus Spouse visa

Hi - I got a Tier 2 ICT Long term visa and started living in the UK on 1st May 2019. I switched to a Spouse visa (as my wife is a British National) on 15 Dec 2019.

When can I apply for an ILR? Does the time spent (6 months) on ICT Longterm count towards my 5 years for ILR? Thanks
