ILR for returning expat

Hi,
I need help in understanding eligibility and wait time to apply for ILR. Below is my situation:

• Lived and worked in the UK for 5 years (from 2013 to 2018) on Tier-2 ICT

• Had to return to India in 2018 due to Tier-2 ICT rules then.

• Now getting an opportunity to travel back to UK on Skilled worker Visa

I want to understand if my previous stay of 5 years will be of any consideration for ILR. I'm concerned about my child's education who will go to university towards end of 5th year from now.

No it will not. When you return on a skilled worker visa, you start from scratch as if you have never been here previously.
