Can we apply for ILR

Hi,
I was granted 2.5 years on a 10 year route from 2015 on a basis of having a British child.

By 31/12/24 I would have spent 9 yrs 6 months on the route.

Could I apply for ILR in December 2024.

Your advice will really help me. Thanks.

What visa did you hold before being granted the 10 year route in 2015

Better to provide your full immigration history with dates of applications/decisions over the last 10 years. The rules have recently changed and many who used to qualify may no longer qualify under the long residence route
