10 year long residency

Hi,
I came to U.K 2013 on dependant visa until 2016 and apply flr(m) they refused to give 5 year routine and gave 10 year routine. So we immediately applied to flr(m) got 5 yea routine in 2016 that will expire in 2019.

In 2019, I thought I will be eligible to set (m) and they rejected my 5 year route started in 2016 but they ready to give flr(m) but I have to pay IHS payment but my solicitor lodged appeal mess with appeal and IHS payment. So
So I changed my solicitor applied in 2021 through flr(fp) so 2019- 2021 will be overstay.my flr(fp) will expire 2024. Can I eligible for 10 year route long residency? When will I eligible to settlement?

Can I eligible for 10 year route long residency?

No. You need 10 years of LEGAL stay for ILR based on 10 years long residency. You do not have that if you were an overstayer for a substantial period.

When will I eligible to settlement?

If you are on the 10 year FLR(FP) route, you have to wait till 2031, 10 years from the date your FLR(FP) was granted, unless you switch to FLR(M) 5 year route, then you need 5 years (2 x 2.5 year visas) on FLR(M) first.
