Hi,
The question is like
Your previous visa
Do you have a previous visa, entry clearence or leave to remain where you had to prove your knowledge of english
Options yes. Or no
When i mentuon Yes , one more questuon asking in the box
Tell us the previous visa , entry clearnce or leave to remain you had .
I dont no what should i write ? here as my spouce got entry clearence back in 2019 valid for one month
Then 2.7 years BRP as dependent of settled person then had one extenstuon of 2.8 years expiring in august 2024.
I assume i should write leave to remain as dependent please advice me on that.
Thank you.

Please refrain from creating a new post for every query on your ILR and stick to this post ONLY.
The answer to that question is also NO, as he was sponsored under EEA rules in place at that time.

Hi,
Theee ia a questuon SET(M), about what should an employment letter must state.
letter from the employer(s) who issued the payslips confirming
1. the employment;
2. the gross annual salary;
3. how long the employment has been/was held;
4. the period over which the person has been paid the level of salary stated in their application; and
5. the type of employment (permanent, fixed-term contract or agency)
Point no 4. Is confusing what should we ask employer to mention in regards to point no 4.
Thank you

That is to confirm your level of pay. The rules often need you to have been paid the minimum amount over a specific period. So for example if you were being paid below the threshold until last month and then you got a raise last month which is above the threshold, then you do not still qualify. They need to know that you were paid the above the threshold salary over the last 6 months

Hi ,Thank you.
Do my employer needs to mention in employment letter how much i am earning each month for the last six months. Or Case worker will calculate the amount
As i am getting paid fixed amount each month before the tax and its above the required threshhold.
My employment leeter confirms only,
1. Gross anual salary
2 .permenent ,full time
3. Time since i am employed
4. Job description
Is this enough???or my employer needs to mention anything else in employment letter like how much i am getting paid each month.???
Thank you.

Thank you for the detailed guidlines, but i am still confuse , what my employment letter should mention in employment letter.
I am above the required threshhold. And get paid equel amount for last 6 months with same employer , and will be gettng the same amount in future.
As the queation in SET(M) is
1 the employment.
2 gross anual salary
3 how long the employment has been
4 type of employment
These 4 has been nentioned in my employment letter
Point point no 5 . The period over which the person has been paid the level of salary stated in thier application
How we can cover this point no5 in employment letter,
As my last FLR(M) my employment letter stated the same . And i had no issue
Can i get any standard employment letter sample please.

There is no template. The employer will say how long you have been paid your current salary level. Why is this difficult for you ?
A letter from the employer or employers who issued the payslips at paragraph 2(a) confirming:
• the person's employment and gross annual salary
• the length of their employment
• the period over which they have been or were paid the level of salary relied
upon in the application
• the type of employment (permanent, fixed-term contract or agency)
• personal bank statements corresponding to the same period or periods as the
payslips at paragraph 2(a), showing that the salary has been paid into an
account in the name of the person or in the name of the person and their
partner jointly
• where the person is either a director or employee (or both) of a limited company
based in the UK, evidence that the company is not a type specified in
paragraph 9(a) - this can include the latest Annual Return filed at Companies
House

Hi zimba , Thank you.
In the begining i was on part time role and was earning less but for last 7 months compnay made me permennt and full time , and for last 7 months my salary is above. The required threshhold.
Do my employment letter must state that i was part time before ?? they made me paerment since last 7 months
As my employment letter
mentions only job start date since i joind the company. They didnt mention about previous part time role where i was not earning money as per home office requirment.
Thank you.

Permanent role, earning the income for more than 6months, so if the letter indicates period the current income being paid for should be ok

Most probably my last Question ,
In FLR(M) Extenstion Dependent of A settled person category 5 year route.
1 . They asked if applicants sponsor ( Settled person) had married previously when the answer is Yes sppnsor needs to provide all details of X wife including Divirce certificate.
2 But Here in ILR SET(M) Application form they only asking about Applicant if they had married previously.
3 they not asking about sponsors previous marriage.
Do i still have to submit sponsors Divorce certificate from previous marriage? Though the application didnt ask anything about sponsors previous marriage.
It looks a bit strange they not asking sponsors previous marriage , OR IF I am missing that questuon in Application form . I checked it twice but couldnt find the question about sponsors prevuous marriage.
Similarly FLR(M) had 3 Consent Forms (1) For Applicant (2) For sponsor
Where as In ILR SET(M) They had only One consent form for sponsor.
In addituon to ILR SET(M) Consent Form can we Use FLR(M)s (3)Consents Forms. Just to be on safe side.
Many Thanks

The marriage-related documents will no longer be needed as they have been submitted before. There is only one consent form to sign as well.

Adhere to and provide what is requested.
While the belief if tha HO ask for what you have supplied before, in some instances it appears they are OK with records already on their database. Remember FLRM SET M is a progression on the immigration route.
