Hi Ola, they should automatically put you on chenchoolia if don't meet criteria for removal from the state. The law gave grounds for one can be removed from the state under EU law and if you do not fall under any of those grounds you should be issued with a stamp1 while they process your case under chenchoolia. Hope this helps? But you will still need a solicitor to help with this.

Hi guys, I applied under Chenchooliah and got stamp 1 in January 2024 for 1 year. Its 4 months and i did not receive any further letter from immigration. Could anyone tell me that how long it takes after getting stamp 1 to get stamp 4? And second question is that when I received letter for stamp 1 there is a condition saying that cannot bring your family member to Ireland but when it changes to stamp 4 would you be allowed to bring your family or would this condition still applies for further 2 years?
I will be grateful for your replies. Thank you guys.

Does A.K.S case deem the previous Stamp4eufam revoked period reckonable for citizenship? I reviewed the case and it looks that way, but can you provide more details please ?

To be honest I do not even know if my stamp 4eufam was revoked but i have confidence that it was not as my wife was of same origin as me but born in europe (her parents were from my country) and we speak same language.
Only thing is that when my stamp expired I thought I lost everything as my wife left me in 2015 and I did nottthing till last year August (when i applied under Chenchooliah).

Hi Jeeta,

Thank you for sharing your experience, I am not able to answer your query because I am yet to receive reply from Dept of Justice on my application and I believe you will soon get response from those you have received stamp 4 soon. You said you received stamp 1 in January, could you tell me how many months it took you to receive stamp 1
