Children Born in india and staying in UK sep 2014

Post by vasusk07056 » Fri Jul 05, 2024 5:46 pm

Wonderful work admins that you have been assisting many people. Kindly assist with my query aswell

Some notes on the background
1. I came this country on Tier 2 ICT in 2010 and completed my ILR in aug 2020 on long residence visa and later 2021 got British passport.
2. My wife and children came to UK and currently in UK since - sep 2 2014 on ICT dependent visa and continuously staying in UK till today. childen born in Inda - one in may 2007 may and another in 2014 march. They also arrived along with mother on ICT depndent visa.
3. Wife and children moved to appendix FM dependent visa as i got ILR in aug 2020. There latest spouse visa/dependent visa expires in 2025

Planning to apply ilr for mother on long residence route in aug 8th 2024 as she qualifies 10 years
even children qualifies 10 years route long residence. NO BREAKS

My questions, kindly answer
Question 1 : Do i need to apply ILR for 2 children along with mother in aug 2024 ?

OR
2. Do i need to wait until mother gets ILR first and then apply 2 children setF (on the basis father is british passsport and mother ILR)

3.which route is better SetF for children or Long residence route along with mother in aug 2024.

4 : Is ilr mandatory for children before MN1 AND britsh passport as they born in india irrespective of mother ilr or passport or father british passport?

OR As soon as mother get ILR, Can I go ahead and apply MN1 for children in UK. in this route i can reduce the fees of ILR application of 2 children if any roule is there

Thanks in advace
