Travel during Naturalisation Application

Post by thevar » Wed Jul 10, 2024 10:35 am

Hello,

Given that I have a valid ILR (which will allow me re-entry in to UK), can I travel out of the country when my naturalisation application is in progress?

Thanks in advance.

Yes - you will need to attend biometrics in person (you have 45 calendar days from submission to attend an appointment) and the ceremony in person (you have 90 days from when you receive your approval). Other than that you can travel.
