change in dependent applying with me

Post by Ukg110975 » Mon Aug 05, 2024 9:36 am

I have applied for a Skilled worker visa and marked yes to applying with my dependants. I have submitted my application however my partner has just got a job and the company is providing sponsorship (they want to sponsor themselves before onboarding) so won’t be applying as a dependent anymore.
Will this delay/impact my application if they do not apply with me?

Does your spouse know that by switching to their own skilled worker visa, the ilr clock resets to zero and a new 5 year route?

Didn’t she switch to Tier 2 (General) on 13 Feb 2020?
