British who had Indefinite Leave to Remain. Can I apply eVisa?

I used to have an indefinite leave to remain visa around ten years ago, but I applied for a British Passport 10 years ago. I still have an indefinite leave to remain visa sticker on my old passport. Can I apply for an e-visa with indefinite leave-to-remain status? I am worried my countries will find out I have more than one citizenship as they only allow one.

No. A British citizen cannot hold a visa or UK ilr. Your ilr be ame invalid once you became British.
