ILR on long residence but spouse visa since 2021

But my wife has joint accounts(in my name and my wife name) in her bank statements,
1) so husband to sign i believe in part 2
2)part 1 any my wife signature.

last time for my ILR, she put in part 2 signature(as myself and wife joint accounts), where as part 1 my signature

kindly clarify me as next week as i have appointment

another query :

1. Regarding uploading supporting documents in ukvcas, i saw only black and white as per instruction's. But i have scanned few copies in COLOUR, is it very serious to have black and white where HO don't accept copies in Colour?

Bank account statements are NOT needed as evidence under long residence
Document scanned in colour or black and white does not matter at all

Here are the sections in long residence ILR is below in ukvcas for uploading the documents :

1. language test
2. husband passport
3. all previous passprts and brp
4. current brp of applicant
5. evidence of relationship with the children's (birth certificates)
6. Document(s) showing your child / children's immigration status such as passports, biometric residence cards, or vignettes
7. proof of marriage
8. correspondence address of last 2 years joint you or single
9. passport of applicant
10. other reasons to stay
11. any other documents which would help the application

a) which section payslips to be added (applicants)
b) which section life in uk test to be added
c) Where to add the consent form

Just ensure you upload all relevant supporting documents, it does not matter under what section you upload which. The CW will go through all.

You’ll usually get a decision:

Regarding timelines, how about foelr naturalisation application for british passport under super priority. As of now standard process in the last page but if we check at 1am will super premium available similar to set ilr application?

Priority service is a VISA processing service which is offered only to applications applying under certain immigration routes.
Naturalisation is a totally separate application under nationality law and it is NOT an immigration application. There is no priority service for nationality applications.

Decision received 1015am on 14th aug
Bionetric message or email not received

Any clue when i receive biometric card message or email that it has been dispatched(we qpplied on our own not to solicitor)

My wife is ILR now (on set ILR from 2014 to 2024). Planning to apply naturalization of British as me is british citizen already. Iam british passport (on long residence in 2020 dec)
son is british passport (born here , got in 2021)

Now left over 2 daughters (DOB may 2007, march 2014), both BORN IN INDIA
Visa valid till 2026 (dependent visa)

2014 to 08032015 - TIER2 ICT Long Term Staff partner (arrived Uk on 3rd sep 2014)
2. 09032015 to 08032016 - PBS dependent leave to remain
3. 09032016 to 20022018 - PBS dependent leave to remain
4. 21022018 to 08032019 - PBS dependent leave to remain
5. 19052021 to 19112023 - Spouse partner Leave to Remain
6. 08/11/2023 - 6th June 2026 - Spouse/partner leave to remain. currently she is in UK

iam planning to apply british passport for them along with my wife as ma british passport and children will be completing 10 years on sep 2024
