Skilled worker to Graduate Visa dependant

Hi, I moved in to to UK as a student dependant and switched to skilled worker visa, my skilled worker visa will end since I have been made redundant by my company. My husband will apply for his PSW visa now, is it possible for me to apply as PWS dependant?

No, you cannot apply for a graduate dependent visa if you do not currently hold a student dependent visa.

Thanks for the response, my husband's student visa expires Oct 2024, can I now apply for student dependant to be eligible for PSW dependant?
