Salary requirements under your SOC are often based on 37.5 hours per week. You need to pro-rate this based on your working hours to see if you still qualify, so your pro-rated min going rate will be £35,000 ÷ 37.5 x 22 = £20,533. However, you must also meet the general threshold for ILR which could be higher than this.
