Also, where does it stated you can apply for ILR outside the UK? You cannot, ILR is specifically an application made within the UK.Application fee
The amount you’ll be refunded depends on how you were told to prove your identity and when you cancel.
You do not have to do anything to get the application fee refund. It will be automatically paid to the account or card you paid with.
If you were told to attend an appointment
Your fee will be refunded if you have not yet given your fingerprints and photo.
Your fee will not usually be refunded if you have already given your fingerprints and photo.

Thank you Simon.Yes this is the route I have applied, as i have been waiting for four months now (yes i know the standard time is six months), now I am planning to reapply outside the UK where priority service is available therefore wondering if i can get a refund on the original application. It’s just frustrating not being able to travel and it have been four months since my bio i am worry that it won’t be processed within the six months timeframe.
