Post by AnupamPammi » Sat Apr 27, 2024 12:17 pm

Hi, This is Anupam.
I have received an email this morning regarding my sponsorship visa saying that i have to pay the additional fees to get the document proceeded further. But usually i will be receiving the email from home office atlas unlike this time i have received the email from worksponsoreddocumentrequests@homeoffice.gov.uk.
I havent come across this email at any point of time. Did someone have received this type of email asking for additional money and from this email address. If yes, please give me the details you have followed. Would be much appreciated. Thank you very much in advance.

Hi,

I have also received the similar email asking for additional payment to process the application.
I can see that you raised the case in April 2024 and assuming you must have sorted this out ?
Can you please suggest what should I do as they have sent the word document asking all card details to make that payment and asking to send it back to them which looks bit weird to me.

Thanks a lot in advance !!

This is the email I got and a pay slip asking for card details attached:

We notice that you paid an application fee of £xxx. However, your partner’s role as designated by the sponsor is not on the Immigration Salary List.

You must now pay the balance of £xxx. Please now follow the instructions in the guidance notes on the application form and send a completed payment page with the balance amount. You must complete all sections of the payment page.

Please send the requested information/evidence to worksponsoreddocumentrequests@homeoffice.gov.uk quoting your application reference.

Should you wish to pay the top-up fee of £xxx by cheque please send the cheque, together with the completed payment slip to the address stated below:-
