Appeal and right to work

Can someone help me. I applied upper tribunal to permission to appeal on 23rd of July after applied one of my employers check my right to work but he said to me that your negative Right to work. I am so confused. Can you please tell me if someone apply upper tribunal to permission to appeal his reference number is changed or same as First Tire Tribunal.
